Finalize performance values

You want to settle accounts in maXzie, but under Payment there is a question mark in the balance column with the note “Value for performance indicator Name for timeframe Timeframe is not complete”?

Tip

First, make sure that the correct import options are selected for the corresponding performance indicator. Usually, this is the option “Past values should be finalized.” Once the import for the performance values has run again, the problem will be resolved.
