Missing performance values for new employee

You have hired a new employee, but no performance values have been entered for this person’s goals?

Tip

Make sure that the goals created for the new employee do not start at the same time as those for all other employees (e.g., at the beginning of the fiscal year), but only at the beginning of the new employee’s employment period.

If the goal starts at a time for which no employment period exists yet, no performance values can be calculated. Therefore, in the first year of employment, the goals of the corresponding employee must be created individually.

Tip

Also, be sure to adjust the target value accordingly if you shorten the target period, due to the later start date.
