Export preliminary bonus status

You would like to export the current bonus status for a (sub-)target period where the performance values are not yet finalized?

As a key user

If you have access to the “Payment” menu, you can select “Annual evaluation (provisional)” in the 3-point menu at the top right and download a zip file containing a PDF for each employee. Those contain the current interim status of the bonus(es) for the current target period, sorted by target, as well as the bonuses achieved for all completed (sub-)target periods of the year.

As an employee

As an employee, you can go to “Employee” in the “Evaluation” section of the menu and use the 3-point menu to select “Annual evaluation (provisional)” to download a PDF file containing the current interim status of your bonus(es) and the bonuses for all target periods of the year that have already been completed.

Tip

As an employee, you can select “My status” in the menu on the side and switch from “Overview” to “Calculator” at the top to access the bonus calculator. This allows you to view not only the current status of your bonus, but also what bonus you would receive for various other target achievement degrees. This allows you to simulate the development of the bonus for the current period depending on the target achievement that will be achieved.
